All American BBQ Weekend

First year contest that was well run by Ryann of Big T's Cru. Some sites were in a parking lot while some sites were down 5th street. We had thought about staying sat night so they put us in the parking lot. Hats off to Ryann for doing a great job running the contest.
Cooking ... well more of the same. We are comming to realize that we are cooking incredably average contest BBQ. Best we could do on this weekend was a sixth in pork.
